It is official! Our lab is the recipient of an ERC Starting Grant. This grant funds our REalCYCLE project aimed at characterizing how S. pneumoniae cell cycle processes are regulated and coordinated in response to each other. This grant is a huge step for us as it will allow us to really get started by investing in people, equipment, and experiments.
